• Access your email address (userinfo.email).
• Send emails on your behalf (gmail.send).
• Verify your identity (openid).

You understand that EmailMo adheres to Google’s API User Data Policy and will not misuse your data.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use EmailMo to:

• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content.
• Impersonate others or violate applicable laws.
• Abuse the Gmail sending quota or engage in bulk unsolicited emailing.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of your access.

5. Limitation of Liability
